The end of the world as I know it

It is officially over.
But I think I celebrated it well, took advantage of everything it offered, and left nothing on my plates.
Yes, people, Vancouver's Sausage Fest is officially over and we didn't leave until they did.  It started on Friday and I took it slow.  Stopping by after a shoot I only ate 1 sausage and 1 elephant ear.  Next day we came back as a family and did the complete package- rides, games, another couple of sausages, corn on the cob, and another elephant ear.  Then today came with sadness. We stopped by to say goodbye for one more year.  And who could resist another sausage or two when the last few were marked down to $1??!!  Potatoes with the works for $2??  My stomach and my willpower were waging a war and the score quickly became very lopsided.  Willpower desperately needed some back-ups.  Stomach - 7, Willpower - fading fast.

I'm thinking of using the above image as a new pose for all my senior  sessions.  I think it will go over well...

I ate ONE sausage and within an hour it was coming back to haunt me.........ugggghhhhh.

My elephant ear was cold and the grease on it had re-coaggulated.

Still a fun time was had by all.

Love the picture!
