A little spot in the woods beckons to me like a bowl full of hot fudge. Every time I drive by it the light looks magical, like a fairy's secret dancing grounds. My heart has wanted to stop my car so many times and finally it did. We were already running late, but I could resist no longer. I told the kids we were going to visit a magical place for about 15 minutes and oh, yeah, my camera was coming too. With that last comment I then had to promise ice cream... go figure - a mom who loves creating images and kids who hate to sit in front of a camera.
My little Miss M was the subject of the day. She has been growing so much lately - longer legs, Buddah belly gone, and sass like she is 13.

I love the Blazer tattoo sticking out in this next one. It is pure Mya. A little bit tomboy and a screaming Blazer fan. Just tonight she told me that Rudy (yes, she calls them all by their first names) is having lower back pain and was wondering how much it hurt him - so concerned for her boys.

And by the way, my visions of fairies dancing in this magical place have vanished. I believe the stinging nettle that found it's way into my pants would probably burn their little toes.
